CRISTINA BERNARDES

Executive Director and founder of ProHunter RH, has over 2 decades of professional experience with exposure to global companies, such as: The Gillette Co. (Boston-USA) and Coca-Cola (Rio-Brazil). In 1997, co-founded the pioneer OptionUSA! Program which through its website, recruited, selected and allocated Brazilian IT professionals in the North-American job market. In 2003, implemented the Executive Training Center “Espaço Fonte do Joá”, in Rio de Janeiro. She has belonged to several HR professionals discussion groups such as: RH Petrópolis, IDeL e HR Commission of France Brazil Chamber (RJ). In the academic area, she has taught courses at Post-Graduation programs for IBMEC-Rio. She is graduated in Business Administration and in Law and has participated in extension courses at Harvard University (Boston-USA) and FGV (RJ-Brazil). She is a Red Cross volunteer in Petrópolis (Brazil). Her English and Spanish are fluent and she has a good knowledge of French and Italian.

MONICA FONTES

This Senior Consultant, has over 15 years of professional experience specially in Service Management for companies, such as: Xerox do Brasil, IBM and Petrobrás. In 1988, in Germany, co-implemented the automation process of general tooling for Bolenz und Schäfer. Since 1990 has performed as a Business Developer, oriented to Client Relations and Team Leadership, for the areas of Human Resources and Marketing. In the academic area, she is a teacher and elected member of the Catholic University Academic Council (Petrópolis-Brazil) and takes part in the Evaluation Committee of the Ministry of Education. She often lectures on Service Marketing and Professional Positioning. She is graduated in Business Administration, Post-Graduated in Marketing and presently, is a student of the Master Degree program in Education, of the Catholic University of Petrópolis (Brazil). She is fluent in English and has excellent knowledge of German.

CHRISTIANE STOCK

Part-time Consultant for ProHunter RH, Mrs. Stock is an ecology scholar, writer and speaker. Her professional experience has been focused on the development and participation in projects, programs and workshop of education and environmental awareness, such as: “Society of the Forests of Brazil” (Horto Florestal, RJ) and “Art & Science” (SESC, Brazil).
She is the author of the book “Fauna e Flora of Brasil” (1990) about the renowned wildlife women artists of the Demonte family (Rosália, Yvonne e Ludmyla), sponsored by Shell Brazil. She is also the author of the CD-Rom “Histories of the Pantanal Cheeta” winner of the “Prix Möbius” of Multimedia in Sciences, Culture and Education, about ecological education themes.
Graduated in Ecology, she has a Masters degree in Geography (thesis in the area of environmental conservation). Besides having participated in several workhops on transpersonal psychology in Brazil, she was a student at the Deep Ecology Course at “Schumacher College”, associated to the University of Plymouth, in Devon - England.
Mrs. Stock is fluent in English and has very good knowledge of French and German.
